We all know that your wedding gown is THE main character, but we also know that she needs help to fully kick ass! How we're going to make sure that happens is to help you elevate your entire look into something truly personal and unforgettable. That's why at Always Knew, we're thrilled to introduce our Design My Veil program, a custom bespoke veil design program to help you co-create a one-of-a-kind bridal accessory to match your gown, style & story.

Since we only accept a limited amount of custom veil commissions each year, you'll receive our full attention, expertise, & care.

The Process

We believe the best way to build your cusotm pieces are through partnership.

Step 1: Discovery & Inspiration

Fill out our request form to share your vision with us! While we'll ask you to share logistical pieces (your wedding date, budget, contact info, etc.), we will also want you to share all inspiration photos and select some ideas of custom pieces you'll want to incorporate.

Step 2: Review & Quote

Once we have a better idea of what you are looking for in your custom designed veil, we will be able to write out a prospective timeline and outlined budget.

Step 3: Concept Design

Our in-house stylists and designers translate your ideas from the discovery phase into initial sketches and/or digital mockups! This is the step where you can order swatches of fabrics, laces, and more.

Step 4: Edits

You review, suggest edits, and we fine-tune. Want to tweak the colour. reposition the lace, or adjust the length? This is where that happens!

We'll cycle through steps 3 and 4 until you are absolutely jumping for joy at the idea of receiving your veil, all of our veils include unlimited revisions.

Step 5: Production & Delivery

Our skilled seamstresses and production team are going to bring the veil to life! They will stitch, sew, and steam until the veil is absolutely perfect. When you pickup your custom veil, we'll include care insturctions on how to preserve its beauty.
