Refund policy

At Always Knew I Needed, each gown is intentionally ordered and prepared specifically for you. Because of the made-to-order nature of our collection, all sales are final.

We do not offer:

  • Refunds

  • Exchanges

  • Store credit

  • Order cancellations once payment has been processed

Why?

Our gowns are custom ordered from our designers and often involve production timelines, fabric allocation, and customization specific to each bride. Once an order is placed, it immediately enters production and cannot be reversed.

Please Note

  • Measurements provided are the bride’s responsibility. We are happy to guide you through sizing, but final size selection is confirmed at the time of order.

  • Natural variations in fabric, lace placement, and dye lots are part of the beauty of made-to-order gowns.

  • Changes in wedding date, venue, body measurements, or personal preference do not qualify for cancellation or refund.

We strongly encourage brides to feel confident and ready before saying yes to their gown. Our team is here to answer every question so you can make a decision with clarity and excitement.
