What is your price point?

Our Made in Canada base gowns range from $3000 - $6000

Since all of our gowns are manufactured in Canada, the sky is seriously the limit when it comes to customizations. Our "base gowns" are how the gowns are sampled, but we are fortunate enough to work with the most incredible designers to bring you the customizations of your dreams.

What sizes do you carry?

We believe every Bride & Nearlywed deserves the full experience of trying on their Pinterest-worthy dress, so we’ve gone the extra mile to stock two of EVERY gown, straight & plus size. Every gown you find on our page will be available in a straight size range (8-12) and a plus size range (18-24)

All our designers carry at least up until a size 24, but that wasn't good enough for us. We specifically chose designers that can domestically manufacture any size. We eat any additional cost because THERE IS NO PLUS SIZE TAX HERE AND THERE NEVER WILL BE.

Why do I have to pay for an appointment?

We totally get why you'd ask – but here's the honest truth: your appointment fee helps us create a thoughtful, low-pressure experience where you can actually enjoy finding your dress. No sales quotas. No crammed fitting rooms. Just you, your people, and a private space with a dedicated stylist who’s paid a fair, living wage to be fully focused on you. It’s about slowing down, making it special, and making sure everyone (you included!) feels valued.

Do you have shapewear or formalwear?

We do not BUT our sister shop just down the road (no literally, a 7 minute walk away) does. Visit NKIN at 883 Boyd Ave, by appointment only

Do you ever offer sales?

Honestly, we're too new to know the real answer, BUT if you are looking for budget friendly realness, visit our sister store down the street- NKIN 883 Boyd Avenue (by appointment only)

Why is there a tipping option?

TIPPING. IS. NEVER. MANDATORY. OR. EXPECTED

The tipping option is available at the payment terminal in this crazy cashless world in order to provide our clients the option to express the gratitude to their stylist.

What is the Founders Bridal Club?

The Founder’s Bridal Club isn’t open to everyone. It exists only for Always Brides who say yes at their first appointment, unlocking immediate front-of-the-line status and exclusive access to offerings never made public through any of our locations.

Where are you located?

We are located at 1800 Carling Avenue, Unit B. This is a second floor location with no elevator and is therefore not a mobility accessible space.

We are diligently working with the city on making the space more physically accessible (ACCESSIBILITY GRANT GODS PLEASE COME THROUGH FOR US ) but until then please read about our commitment to accessibility here

When should I start shopping for a dress?

We're going to be SO real with you here.

If your question is "what's the perfect time?", 9 -12 months before your wedding!

If your wedding is 6-9 months away, still no stress. We will walk you through all available options.

If you are under 6 months from your wedding, give us a call prior to booking your appointment, BUT GUESS WHAT? We're still not stressed. Canadian gowns means manufacturing in Canada and we can get a rush gown to you ASAP.

What should I bring to my appointment?

Please bring up to six of your trusted guests along with nude seamless underwear, a claw clip/hair tie, a water bottle, and all the good energy!

What's the parking sitch?

We would never move into a location where you had to pay to park, OR LORD FORGIVE TRY TO PARALLEL PARK.

We have two lots behind our building, completely free to our clients. Just in case one of the many spots is not free, there is also free street parking.

What's included with my appointment?

All first look appointments include two hours in a private fitting room with a dedicated senior stylist who will guide you through trying on our luxury gowns.

All appointments include complimentary coffee, water + tea.

Want to add a little something special? You can order flowers, snacks, + other treats when booking your appointment.

Do you have champagne, snacks + other add ons?

SNACKS + ADD ONS

We offer a range of add ons to your appointment from savoury locally made charcuterie boards to themed sweet treats to fresh flowers for your crew. All upgrades must be made with at least 72 hours notice. They can be booked when booking your appointment.

Do you allow babies & children?

YES! They are welcome & do not count towards the guest count (under the age of 8).

If you are bringing little bebes we love a snuggle & are happy to be aunties, but we recommend bringing an extra set of hands to help you, so you can focus on the dress.

How many dresses can I try on?

Babe, there is no set amount! Those two hours are your time to do what you would like! Want to float in your fave for 120 minutes? Let us prance with you. Do you want to try on as many as humanly possible? LIKE SURE. Not reccomended, but we are here FOR YOU.

Can I take photos?

yes! & we love role playing "professional hype woman photographer" don't be shy to ask us to help you snap a few pictures
