We do not accept exchanges, returns, or credits. The majority of our products are made to order form small Canadian designers and therefore do not have the capacity for returns.

All orders are shipped from Ottawa, Ontario. There is free domestic shipping on orders over $199 CAD, but we also provide worldwide shipping (duties made apply).
